Dry Needling

Dry Needling (trigger point dry needling) is used to decrease pain and improve muscle relaxation with acupuncture-like needles. Dry needling acts on your nervous system’s natural ability to reduce pain when you feel moderate amounts of discomfort. It can be a great strategy to decrease pain in the short term and get you back to doing what you love!

Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy is hands-on treatments including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation, and active mobilization techniques to get you back to feeling your best.
