Dry Needling and Manual Therapy

Dry Needling (trigger point dry needling) is used to decrease pain and improve muscle relaxation with acupuncture-like needles. Dry needling acts on your nervous system’s natural ability to reduce pain when you feel moderate amounts of discomfort. It can be a great strategy to decrease pain in the short term and get you back to doing what you love!

Manual Therapy is hands-on treatments including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation, and active mobilization techniques to get you back to feeling your best.

“During the pandemic, I assembled a decent home gym. However, chronic knee pain and a general lack of motivation meant I just wasn’t working out.

Dr. Brett helped me on both fronts. With personal training and physical therapy, Dr. Brett got me going again. He assessed my home gym and tailored a workout for me.

Now my knees feel great and with Dr. Brett’s encouragement, I look forward to my regular workouts.”
